Objetivo de la Lección

Entenderás cómo formar y usar el presente continuo en inglés para hablar de acciones que están ocurriendo en este momento, planes futuros y situaciones temporales.

El presente continuo se utiliza para describir acciones que están ocurriendo en este momento, acciones temporales y planes futuros cercanos.

Sección 2: Estructura del Presente Continuo

2.1 Estructura Básica

Afirmativa:
Sujeto + Verbo «to be» + Verbo principal en -ing + Complemento

• Ejemplo: I am studying English. (Estoy estudiando inglés).

Negativa:
Sujeto + Verbo «to be» + Not + Verbo principal en -ing + Complemento

• Ejemplo: She is not working today. (Ella no está trabajando hoy).

Interrogativa:
Verbo «to be» + Sujeto + Verbo principal en -ing + Complemento + ?

• Ejemplo: Are they playing soccer? (¿Están jugando al fútbol?).
